Free 2020 Fingle Calendar for National Lottery Players

The final Fingle Lecture of the year will be by renowned Devon naturalist, ecologist and artist John Walters. John draws and paints wildlife directly in the field, because he feels this is the only way he can capture the life and vitality of his subjects. On Thursday the 5th of December John will use his beautiful field sketches and photographs to illustrate a talk about the wildlife of Dartmoor. With evocative images and funny anecdotes this promises to be a great way to finish this year's lecture series!

The ‘Bringing Fingle Woods Back to Life’ project has been enabled by nearly £800,000 of National Lottery Heritage Funding. This Christmas, to thank National Lottery players, we are offering ticket-holders a free treat. As without National Lottery players, the £7.9billion of funding awarded to more than 43,000 heritage projects and organisations since 1994, would not have been possible.

If you’re attending ‘John Walters: The Wildlife of Dartmoor’, bring a new scratch card or current draw lotto ticket and pick up a free 2020 Fingle Woods Calendar (while stock lasts) as a thank you. T&Cs apply.
